Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to course and internship enrolments purchased online from FutureCorp Academy ("we", "us", "our") through futurecorpacademy.in. By completing a payment, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program fees

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the checkout page before you pay, and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Current fees are:

Fees may change from time to time; the amount shown at the moment of purchase is the amount that applies to that purchase.

2. How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@futurecorpacademy.in from the email address used at enrolment, with your name, program and payment/order ID (from your confirmation email). We will acknowledge your request and confirm eligibility under this policy.

3. Refund eligibility

• Before access is granted: If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and before your LMS access has been activated or the first live session/class has taken place, you are eligible for a refund of the fee paid, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges.
• After access is granted or the program has commenced: Once your LMS login has been issued and access activated, or once the first live session/class has taken place — whichever is earlier — the fee is non-refundable, because you have received access to the learning materials and program.
• Duplicate or failed payments: If you are charged more than once for the same enrolment, or money is debited but the enrolment did not complete, the extra/erroneous amount is refunded in full.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay). Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

5. Non-refundable items

• Payment-gateway / transaction charges, where applicable.
• Fees for a program you have already accessed or substantially consumed.
• Certificates, add-ons or services already delivered.

6. Cancellation by FutureCorp Academy

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a program before it begins for reasons on our side, you may choose to move to the next available batch or receive a full refund of the fee paid for that program.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this policy. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee any job, internship, salary or placement, and dissatisfaction with outcomes is not, by itself, a ground for a refund once a program has commenced.
